What to Expect
Visiting a church for the first time can be an overwhelming experience! Many different questions and expectations
arise. Those with children have the added question and uncertainty concerning their kids feeling welcomed and
enjoying their experience. Dress, music, and acceptance are thoughts lingering in one's mind as we take a step toward
entering the church. It does not matter how much a church tries to make the first experience a positive one, it is a
step of faith coming and simply showing up!
At CCS we pray and try our best to make everyone feel welcomed and, most of all, loved by our church family. It does not matter to us your past experiences or background, we would like for your experience at CCS to be an inviting and loving one! Visit our Missions Café and enjoy a variety of coffees, drinks, gourmet muffins, and refreshments. As a first time visitor, we invite you to enjoy a cup of coffee on us at our Missions Café. Where We Meet
Our church is located at 1775 S. Flamingo Road in Davie, Florida. Just about a mile south of interstate 595.

When We Celebrate
Our weekend worship services are on Saturdays at 6:00 pm (café style) and Sundays at 10:00 am & 12:00 pm. Upon arrival, you will receive a
bulletin and outline from one of our hospitality team members. Included in the bulletin, you will find the different
small groups available during the week and upcoming announcements. You can enjoy a fresh cup of free coffee
from our Missions Café. You may sit in the auditorium or view the service from one of the wide screen televisions
available either in the Café or in the courtyard. Dress is casual and laid back. Our service begins with live worship
which lasts approximately 25 minutes. As a visitor, we welcome you as our guest. Please do not feel obligated to
participate in the offering.
Following the worship, we like to greet one another and settle into our seats. Our Senior Pastor (or one of our teaching Pastors) will make a quick run through the announcements and begin the teaching series or message. Our messages are always practical, biblical, upbeat, and can be applied to your everyday life. The service will conclude with a final worship song, and anyone who needs or wants prayer can meet with one of our prayer counselors.

Children's Ministry
Here at Calvary Chapel Sawgrass we want all our kids to receive love and acceptance. We love for each one to
SHINE! Whatever your child's age group, we provide an appropriate setting to meet his or her needs.
Our Nursery and Toddler classes offer the perfect place for your little one to be loved and cared for while giving
you the opportunity to enjoy the Worship Service. Pre-K through grade 5 will experience Christ-centered fun with
our innovative and interactive age specific curriculum. Each classroom is tailored to your child's spiritual needs
as well as tickling their funny bone. We offer children's programs at all of our services.
Upon walking into the courtyard, you will find a Children's Ministry Kiosk and the Children's Ministry office. Any one of our staff or volunteer service coordinators will be more then glad to offer you assistance. When signing in your child, you will be given a bracelet with a number. If you are needed, one of our coordinators will notify our Visual and Audio department to alert you by displaying your child's number on the bottom right hand corner of the screens in the auditorium.
Youth Ministry
The youth ministry of Calvary Chapel Sawgrass is known as EPIC Student Ministries! We believe worship should be inspirational, intelligent, and fruitful. We meet on Wednesdays @ 7pm in the main Sanctuary for worship, then the High School kids go to the Youth Room for the message, while the Junior High kids meet in Room 9. Youth will be greeted by one of our youth leaders and hospitality volunteers. We have different activities and fellowship nights throughout the week. Activities such as young men's and ladies' bible studies, worship team practices, camps, parties, and drama team are only some of ways youth can enjoy plugging in! During week-end services our Youth in Training are able to serve in various areas of the church. Our worship services are designed to be exciting and appealing to all people from all generations. After the Celebration
Once our service ends (approximately 75 minutes later), we invite you to enjoy more fun and fellowship in our relaxing courtyard! Our umbrellas and bistro style tables and chairs allow you to enjoy a free coffee! You may fill out a response card given to you in your bulletin and simply drop it in one of the secured boxes located in the back of the auditorium or in the main lobby. At the Welcome Center new guests may also pick up a complimentary CD! At Calvary Chapel Sawgrass we believe church should be about real life for real people.
